Qiantai Chemical's Textile Oil Remover QT-0829 possesses excellent emulsifying, dispersing, wetting, penetrating, and cleaning capabilities. It effectively removes impurities from various fibers or contaminants adhered during processing, including heavy oil stains, spinning oils, machine oil stains on textiles, and other marks, facilitating subsequent dyeing and other finishing processes.

[Product Features]
1. Suitable for various fibers, with strong cleaning effects on stains.
2. Effectively removes various oil stains and marks, with strong emulsifying, penetrating, and dispersing power for high-concentration lipids and hard-to-dissolve oils.

[Usage Method]
Recommended dosage: 1～3g/L, adjustable based on the actual condition of the fabric.
Recommended process: Oil remover 1～3g/L, 98～100℃×40～60min → Drain → Dehydrate → Dry. It can also be added during the dyeing process for same-bath treatment.
Specific processes should follow your company's existing procedures.
[Precautions]
1. Conduct small-scale tests in advance to determine the appropriate dosage.
2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, perform compatibility tests beforehand.
[Storage & Packaging]
1. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, protected from sunlight and rain. Shelf life: 6 months.
2. Packed in polyethylene plastic drums with inner plastic bags, 125KG per drum.
